May mga di daw maka access sa internet gamit ang Online Learning o e-Learning platforms, bakit kaya di nila itry magbigay ng free access sa mga platforms na ito kahit walang load or consumable data ang isang studyante, like freebasics or yung internet.org dati na mga piling sites lang pwede ma access for students. MANILA, Philippines — Officials are discussing the possibility of tapping jeepney drivers as contact tracers while they are not yet allowed to resume operations because of quarantine restrictions, Malacañang said yesterday.
