Globe website häçked
The häçktivists identified themselves as “Blood Security häçkers” and posted a message that said “Dear Globe, your service on your internet connection is not worthy what we pay for. Do something or expect the consequence. This is just the beginning. Expect Us!” The häçktivists also threatened that “all your data belong to us now!” https://technology.inquirer.net/39569/globe-website-häçked-due-to-poor-internet-connections-service?fbclid=IwAR2NsSXttPr2hbjwKucTdChRLF7GczEHv7L1Jq593PFzfAUnfFw0OEIqcPw
Coronavirus vaccine: This week's updates from Moderna
The first week of May included several notable announcements about efforts to create a coronavirus vaccine. In the U.S., the Massachusetts-based biotech company Moderna announced Thursday that their coronavirus vaccine candidate received approval from the Food and Drug Administration to proceed with a second round of clinical trials. And scientists at the pharmaceutical company Pfizer are working on a new vaccine that they say could be available by September. In the U.K., scientists at the University of Oxford made waves recently when researchers there said that they may be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their candidate this summer, and the vaccine could subsequently be available by September. Here's a roundup of the most...
Jobert Sucaldito facebook post sa ABS CBN - The truth about paawa effect
Napanood ko finally in full ang Congressional hearing kanina re the renewal of ABS-CBN franchise sa YouTube. ABS-CBN President Carlo Katigbak delivered his opening speech with an emotional appeal sa mga kongresista referring to himself as a beleaguered kapamilya fearing for the future of every employee that may lose job should they not be granted the much-needed franchise.
The Twitter account of PLDT’s customer service was häçked – its handle altered from “PLDT_Cares” to “PLDT Doesn’t Care” on Thursday. Even Globe Telecom (@enjoyGLOBE) was tagged in a subsequent tweet that also noted, “#PLDThäçked.” Globe was warned: “You’re next.” “As the pandemic arises, Filipinos need fast internet to communicate with their loved ones. Do your job. The corrupt fear us, the honest support us, the heroic join us. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us,” the häçked account initially tweeted at 12:34 p.m. The account appears to have been recovered past 2 p.m., with the account name returned to “PLDT_Cares” and the häçkers’ tweets deleted. A day before the häçking incident, PLDT...
GCQ no longer the new normal: IATF-EID
There can only be a “new normal” when areas in the country are no longer placed under community quarantine, according to the revised guidelines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID). “Areas, where no community quarantine is in place, can be considered as being under the new normal,” the omnibus guidelines on the community quarantine in the country read. The IATF-EID earlier defined the general community quarantine (GCQ), a relaxed community quarantine imposed by the national government, as the so-called “new normal.” Resolution 37 inked by IATF-EID on May 15 placed Cebu and Mandaue cities under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), the most stringent community quarantine...
Researchers Claim New Internet Speed Record of 44.2 Tbps
Researchers based out of Australia’s Monash, Swinburne, and RMIT universities say they’ve set a new internet speed record of 44.2 Tbps 17, according to a paper published in the open-access journal Nature Communications 8. That’s theoretically enough speed to download the contents of more than 50 100GB Ultra HD Blu-ray discs in a single second. The Verge reports: What’s interesting about the research is that it was achieved over 75km of standard optical fiber using a single integrated chip source, meaning it has the potential to one day benefit existing fiber infrastructure. The test fiber connection ran between RMIT’s Melbourne City campus and Monash University’s Clayton campus, and the researchers say it mirrors infrastructure used by...

Heto lng pala makaka pigil kay Kardo haha Kayo mga lodi, anu masasabi nyu regarding sa issue na to? God Bless everyone #Stayhome

A second person, whose name was not immediately released, was located in a car parked near the scene of the first death and dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot to the head, police said. "The males are known to each other," police said in the statement. "Investigative leads developed...
