So recently may shooting incident na nangyari na ikinasawi ng isang former soldier who is later identified na may Mental disorder. Sa tingin niyo ba justifiable ang ginawa ng police or not?
My opinion is hindi siya justifiable. Why?
1. hindi ganun kalala ang violation para barilin
2. nagpakita siya ng gesture na sumurunder, itinaas niya ang kamay niya at nagpahiwatig na magpapa posas.
3. marami ang pulis pwede nilang i tackle down the moment na nakatalikod siya at sumurender.
4. marami ang witness na nagsasabi na kulang sa pag iisip ang victim.
5. na provoke siya ng tagal ng sitwasyun na tinutukan siya ng baril.
6. may .38 daw siyang baril. hindi bibili ng ganun ang retired ng army ng ganung klaseng baril.

The National Bureau of Investigation’s Cybercrime Division has arrested an information technology student who allegedly stole money electronically from bank accounts and developed tools that other cyber thieves could use.
