I don't know. Your best bet is to try the openlined 'FX_PR2L_FNL_VER' firmware. Unfortunately getting a network signal is a problem with this firmware.

It does matter. Looks like the L02C uses a different radio other than the one used in L02B.

There are only three files capable of remedying this FBF problem:
- ReliableData.bin they are Two
- WebData.bin
It's by doing this test that I blocked my second modem device L02B.
