Laguna police are hunting the two men who were last seen with the two online sellers who were killed inside a white van in Calamba City.According to John Consulta's "24 Oras" report, the bodies of two victims, aged 32 and 21, were last seen inside a van at a garage on September 21.
The men met with the victims inside a white van as seen in a CCTV video.
Police said the van was then parked at the garage where the men allegedly shot and killed the online sellers.
In an initial probe, Calamba, Laguna Police Chief Police Colonel Arnel Pagulayan said some witnesses did not hear any gunshots in their area, the day the incident happened.
Further, Pagulayan said investigators also discovered some items allegedly belonging to the persons of interest. He said these may be used as pieces of evidence.
A witness, meanwhile, told police that he personally saw the two men carefully stepping out of the van, leaving the victims inside the vehicle.
Police went to the known address of the persons of interest but found out that they have not returned to the residence.
Laguna Police Chief Police Colonel Serafin Petalio said the police would pursue the investigation to bring justice for victims' murder.
A relative of the victims, whose name was not disclosed, also broke into tears as she asked for justice for the victims' death.
"Para sa kinabukasan ang ginagawa namin, hindi naman kami gumawa ng masama sa kanila (suspects)," she said. -Consuelo Marquez/NB, GMA News
