Wag kumain ng madaming kanin. Wag mag yosi, alak, babae. Matulog ng maaga. Mag take ng vitamins. Iwasan lahat ng mga makukulay na inumin. Kumain ng gulay at prutas. Wag kakain ng kahit anong fast food.
