Important timing warning first: you must redeem within 48 hours of signing up for Muse, or the option expires. Do not leave it until later in the week.

1. Redeem first. Before you browse guides, open the redeem entry and enter the code. This is the step with a deadline, so it comes before everything else.

3. Explore, briefly. After the first two steps, spend a short session exploring what Muse can do for your own routine, and note one task you would actually repeat tomorrow. Stop there for day one — you can go deeper later, without rushing.
