Using one cloth for the entire house can move dirt and microorganisms from one surface to another.

Keeping separate cloths for areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and general surfaces reduces unnecessary cross-contamination.

A simple labeling or color-coding system can make them easy to identify without having to remember which one was used where.

Sometimes better cleaning comes from changing the system rather than adding another cleaning product.
