first ensure that ur android device is rooted, bcoz its a magisk module
always u must check that ur isp/network has open ports, if there are firewalled it doesn't matter
if all ok u can request

if same pblm there is a TAP drivers issue, u resolved it urself later.
now try this
open dpi bypass tool, run it and keep open, untill u use internet, then open psiphon wait untill it connects

also check in droid vpn for port 443 as HTTP setting, for direct connection without vpn if it works
if it shows tcp socket connected means, we can try direct browsing in the web browsers also, just we have to run dpi bypass tool and keep it open and browse

if youtube is detecting using vpn/proxy
youtube will ask you to sign in
so sign with your google a/c

use a proxy which will not spill your ur proxy country

or(this method is not working for YouTube becoz the site opens but the video is not playing keeps buffering)

Use this android app which will not spill ur proxy country, instead it will only use ur own home country

Saan portal? Hindi siya like na normal dns parang pisonet na hulog siya

but reboot by using the Android mobile's power button.

i don't have ios device, better u search in internet or youtube
