These are the 3 UDP open ports on Captive Portals which gives

'Free Internet' works Universally 'Any Country',

This tut is mainly for WI-FI or any login based ISP's(broadband), just connect and don't login, then connect vpn with configured open port

Protocol = UDP

Just Connect VPN on these open ports

Also if with your ISP, all 'UDP' ports are filtered but login page displays, means then u must try TCP protocol open ports, especially

if still the vpn tcp open port socket gets connected or established but not connected fully due to the firewall restrictions(blocking), then u have to use DPI circumventing softs like:

Just configure the DPI Bypass softs according to the open ports,
after that, Run the dpi soft, leave it opened, after that Connect the VPN with the open port configured,
That's it.....

Note:

• • For testing(scanning) the open ports, try Droidvpn
  • Also don't use 'Public proxy' in the vpn, they don't work for some ISP's, instead u can use 'Parent proxy or localhost/port' to supply the payload for TCP protocol in the vpn

use droidvpn as a vpn bcoz its free for 300MB daily to test, if it works spare a vps and install a vpn and use

to configure:

first connect to wifi / broadband isp, if it shows login page, don't login, configure 'open port' in vpn, just connect vpn it should work,

put anything in the username and password, we are only testing for open ports with the droid vpn, if any open port connects(open) but stuck at Authenticating means, we found open port but with invalid username/password bcoz of fake user account, thats it, we can use that open port for free internet, after that we can configure for any other free Unlimited vpn with the open port configured then we can get free Unlimted internet

which means u have open port udp 53
use vpn's like
psiphon
vpnbook
wireguard
udpcustom (not sure if it works)
and connect with the port 53 configured

for psiphon, we dont need to configure anything, just start and check untill it gets connected

for vouchers, we will use another methods, i.e., by using 'free hosts' of the voucher subscribed and tunneling thru with tunneling apps,

some voucher subscribtions provide udp/tcp ports open also, we can use that open ports to get internet

if u have free hosts, the working protocol should be used is 'TCP', and with 'UDP' we don't need any free hosts, directly connects to open ports for udp.
also if u have free hosts, they are nothing, bcoz they may be filtered(blocks) by the firewall
so first check if u have open ports with droidvpn, then try to connect with that open port also add that free hosts in the tcp or http headers

if still not connects, open any one dpi circumvalent softs like with Configuration mentioned

the vpn's(tunneling apps) which will work are
psiphon [direct or with payload]
droidvpn [put open port, and select 'HTTP' mode without headers and 'TCP' with headers]
ssh/ssh websocket [works with payload]

Note:
Don't use 'public' proxy/port in the vpn for some isp's, it doesn't work, also don't enable 'custom DNS' other than the isp dns, otherwise sometimes vpn connects but we can't browse internet
