❓ Help PLDT Plan Downgrade

Good evening po. Naghahanap lang ako ng positibong comments sa may experience about PLDT Plan Downgrade.

So yung account subscription ko sa PLDT is worth 2+ years na siya. Balak po namin idowngrade from 1699 to a lower plan soon once matapos namin mapay yung recent bill namin. So my questions are:

1. May dagdag fee po ba pag nagdowngrade ng plan?
2. Ma-aaply po ba yung downgraded plan sa next billing once naaccepted?
3. Gaano kabilis ang transaction ng pagdowngrade ng plan? 2 or 3 working days?
