yes, untick autoconfigure apn then click PDN1

Confirm first if you have the same imei and mac address before flashing a firmware if not try to use MIFI tools attached in the first page. If IMEI and mac is the same as factory default then proceed by manually configuring your APN

Are you using windows 10? If so maybe you can try to flash a firmware by installing necessary drivers using windows 7 computer

Sir Argotron..thanks po sa post nyo. Na openline ko ang sun wifi fx pr2 ko. Ginamit ko ang smart fx pr2 firmware nyo. Success naman siya. Bale parang smart nalang din ang wifi modem ko. Pero globe sim po ang gamit ko ngaun..

Boss. FX-PR2 user here Paano mo ba nilalagay yung mga s/n or mac at imei sa mifitool?
kase ganito ginawa ko o. Yung IMEI ok. Yung MAC, ok kapag tinanggal mo yung tutuldok.Pero yung SN Hindi ok boss.
