L02C, hmmm the firmwares that linked here are only for L02D and L02E only. L02C's firmware is also available, but you know I don't want to take the trouble in porting it and work individually for each board ver. as you can see there are barely liking this post in contrast to the number of downloads, made me feel a little discouraged. So I'm sorry I won't be able to help you, its not like I get ρáíd or get credit or simple thanks for keeping in check with lots of guys doing this tutorial. So I'll stop doing this kind of thing. Let's just hope that someone will have the time or the will to continue helping this guys problems. I'm really sorry, try asking totoymola11 for help..

Maybe it depends on your location, can it detect LTE or signal before flashing the firmware?

Yes it can. If I move SIM into my other LTE modem it connects to Smart LTE and a manual search displays the LTE network.

Was able to detect and connect to Smart LTE in current location before firmware update.
Can detect/connect to Smart LTE in current location using another LTE router and same/different SIM.

This seems to be related to poor signal strength. Moved modem outside and high and was able to get LTE connection. Getting much slower speed out of router with updated firmware though, with both 3G and LTE connection.

Does anyone know what is better firmware version?
