Hammer VPN (Download it on Playstore)

Instructions:
1st:
Download and get all of the requirements above.
2nd:
Go to file manager>sd_card>Android>then delete HAMMER_TEMP_DIR
3rd:
Open Lucky pâtcher>Open Menu of pâtches>CLick Change The App's Components>
Click Change Permissions Save Original Signature(unstable method)>Apply and Reboot
4th:
Create New APN> http.globe.com.ph, save and activate it.
5th:
Open Hammer VPN, Rport: 9201 and Lport: 3128
6th:
Click Connect.
