If you want to access OPPO APP Market , but you're coloros is ver. 3.0.1 , and you don't have OPPO APP Market pre-installed in your device, this is the answer.

Go to settings, go to additional settings>language and input>region . Then change it to India.

Check your homescreen there should be an app with name App Market. And thats it, now you can update your Theme Store, Game Space and OPPO Services. Then if your done with installations and updates , you can change your region back to Philippines.
