❓ Help Psoriasis..

Sa mga taong may pinagdadaanan na health issue gaya ng Psoriasis dahil meron ako, may mga ibang way ba kayo let's say diet program para malessen ung pamamalat?

First: are you sure it's psoriasis? Have you been diagnosed by a doctor or is it just you thinking it's psoriasis? It's an immune system problem, can be genetic or acquired (contagious). Did you check for diabetes?
There is no cure for psoriasis but some medicines can help and also a good diet.
Avoid alcool, sugar, red meat, processed and junk food

yep. auto immune disorder sya. nawawala naman sya tas bumabalik.

I have this problem way back 2014 and I know that it's a Psoriasis. Sometimes it never appear, but most of the time, it's multiplying. I have a scalp Psoriasis and since I have this problem, I think a healthy diet will somehow prevent the patches to spread..

You cannot diagnose by yourself if it's psoriasis... to know for sure, you need a biopsy. If it stops and comes back it can be eczema or a mycose. Did you already apply on it corticoid ointment?

ako since 2002 pa na-diagnosed na may psoriasis pero mild lang usually sa both shin ko lang at sa elbows, meron din sa ******** ko pero konti lang. Minsan nagflare up na din scalp ko pero nawala na since. Ang nakapagtataka lang di ako mahilig sa sweets, di ako umiinom pero nagyosi ako noon pero na-stop ko na bago lumabas condition kong ito. Ang ginagawa ko ngayon mild scrubbing ko lang ng pinakuluang dahon ng bayabas (ibig sabihin inuunahan ko ang pagdevelop ng extra skin) pagkatapos "Dermovate Ointment" o kaya maintainance ng pertoleum jelly. hindi na siya kumakalat. Salamat po!
