Ano po ba magandang meal plan pag naggygym?
Like ano dapat kainin sa umaga tanghali hapon at gabi?

PS. Nag gygym ako para maka move on.
 
Morning - milk full fat 1 Glass / Banana/2Egg
Afternoon - kahit ano kain bagong laya ganun kasi ibeburn mo un eh pag nag gym ka
Evening - less rice more on ulam ka papak ganun ba.

Thank you paps. Tama na pla kahit papano yung meal plan ko
Morning ko- half rice or bread w/egg
Lunch- 1 rice tapos kahit anong ulam
Merienda - boiled egg or minsan wala
Evening - same sa lunch pero mas maraming ulam
