Hi seeking some comments po. Not happened to me but currently may issue sa company namin regarding dito.
Meron kaming meal allowance when travelling but some of hotels nag bibigay ng free meal or breakfast. Then nag baba ng memo ang company na dapat hindi mag claim ng allowance if may free breakfast or meal si hotel. Some of my colleagues still claims an allowance even may free meal yung hotel. Kaso always when the hotel claims that yung meal na binibigay nila is only a complementary. Hindi ba para unfair for us na nag travel na bumabawi nalang sa allowance mostly since travel time namin hindi binabayaran as OT ni company.
