I'm not using it now but it's the regular Softether Vpn Client Manager, the latest build 9668.

Edit: I just realize that I did not set the connection in softether to an interval of 5 seconds... maybe it's why I get an error in ping request?... I will try tomorrow and let you know!

here is the solution for you :

1. delete your current virtual adapter because it was not set to default
2. create new virtual adapter and do not change anything even the name of adapter .. use deafult settings dont rename
