Nagbuo na ako kanina ng stable cs 1.3 pack (steamless) with bots para marami yung choices. Test ninyo na lang. Ang update ko sa half-life engine is for hl1.1.1.0 para ma-fix ko na stable siyang gamitin. Di kasi OK kapag ginamit ko yung last hl1.1.1.2 ρá†ch-final or even the unofficial hl1.1.1.3 ng Nuwon client ρá†ch. Above these versions CS 1.3 will not work:

Sa mga bagong hardware at bagong OS, best experience ko is to play this in "windowed mode". Extract nyo ca C:\Half-Life folder then click the cstrike shortcut. Kapain ninyo yung resolution for the full windowed display. Sa'kin, ok sa 1280x768 under OpenGL. Medyo OK na yung FOV.
Kung ayaw ninyo ng windowed mode, create a hl.exe shortcut then add these commands: -console -game cstrike. Be sure, disable din yung "windowed" option sa CS GUI graphic setting ninyo.

2. Extract ninyo ca C:\Half-Life folder yung HL1 engine pack
3. Install the hl1110.exe ρá†ch at C:\Half-Life path - just to be clear!
4. Doon sa Half-Life 1 WON 1.1.1.0 ρá†ch archive file, hanapin ninyo yung Half-Life/1.1.1.0 folder at ilagay yung "laman" nyan sa loob ng C:\Half-Life folder.
5. Install ninyo yung podbot installer dyan din sa C:\Half-Life folder.
6. Sa cstrike folder, create a userconfig.cfg containing this:

+default_fov "106"

Yung una ay para sa mabalik sa right-hand yung weapon handling. Di kasi umubra yung cs 1.6 command na cl_righthand 1 command.
Yung pangalawa ay para sa FOV setting, para naka-sentro sa display ko via 16:9 screen mode. Sa fullscreen kasi nagkakaproblema ako sa CS 1.3 - di ko alam sa iba.
Kayo na lang yung bahalang alisin yan o gamitin.
Make sure na nakalagay din sa inyong config.cfg ito sa baba:

Another option to play CS 1.3 online/lan is using Xash3d (Xash XT Group) on Windows.
Sundin ninyo lang yung procedures dito:

Gamitin ninyo yung prerequisites na "valve" at "cstrike" folder, then install Xash3d + extras.
For ease of gameplay, gamitin ninyo yung Borderless-Gaming software sa taas.
As of now, ayaw gumana ng bots dyan for some reason. Tanungin ko pa yung mga old bot or the xash3d developers kung paano mapagana yang lumang bots sa Xash3d engine. Sa CS 1.6 ok naman yung YAPB using Xash3D FWGS sa Windows.
Pag umubra sa modded metamod, upload ko na lang yung pack for ease of use sa noobs dito.

PS. Gumagana sa bots siya pero mag-crash. May na-edit lang ako na mali kanina sa configs.
Better test with non-bot play with real players kung stable siya, or else avoid this method at the moment. Stick to the normal installers sa thread. Di pwede sa xash-metamod yung old podbot dahil di supported sa old code niya, sorry po.
