PHBest pinoy option to play CS 1.3 online and offline is to DL installer sa playcsph.com. Look for the DL section and follow the instructions. Sa offline w/ bots, just create a shortcut sa hl.exe and use the basic script mentioned on previous posts: -console -game cstrike -window. Alisin ninyo na lang yung -window to disable windowed mode. Pwede rin start hl.exe directly, the click Custom Game, select your counter-strike game, and then Activate to load CS 1.3 menu.
Automatic na 5 x 5 Team Deathmatch na yan by default with the old Podbot 2.5 (?). Don't update the HL engine if you want to log online and play with their servers. Usually WON free server yan as per their HL version (1109) used. Edit ninyo na lang yung podbot.cfg to your liking.

(Warning. Ang mga old Windows games na pilit na napapaandar sa new OS like this old half-life version engine ay madalas ay mahirap patayin ng normal, especially when it crashes at some point. Patayin nyo na lang using process häçker.)
