As of now. PLDTADMIN Account is Disable, and i discovered that there are still working link that admin gui can provide to the basic gui.

Ngayon ko lang nalaman na may issue yung admin login sa modem na to. Last January kasi nung nag sesetup ako nang local server gumagana pa full yung mga advance options nya and GREEN pa yung kulay nang interface, ngayon blue na and yon nga limited yung options. However, I found some workaround sa ibang thread, just sharing here I hope it helps.

1. Reset modem
2. connect using default password on back o modem then login user:admin pass:1234
>mag open sya nang page for first time login 192.168.1.1/userconfig_PLDT_user.htm pero wag nyo gagalawin, instead
3. browse 192.168.1.1/userconfig_PLDT_admin.htm then provide admin password there
>mag open ulet sya nang page for 192.168.1.1/userconfig_PLDT_user.htm, wag nyo ulet gagalawin, instead
4. browse 192.168.1.1/pldtadmincel.htm then login user:adminpldt pass: <step 3 password>

makakapasok na kayo sa admin interface with advance options... however sa experience ko, bumabalik ulet sa dating limited access yung login ko... inuulet ko nalang yung steps above from #2.. no need to physically reset the modem.
