🔒 Closed Bakit nag hindi mashutdown?

Bakit po kaya yung computer namin kapag windows 7 tapos ishushutdown mo is okay naman pero kapag higher than that like windows 8 and 10 nag loloko yung pagshushutdown nag aauto restart?
