Meron ako na maintain na ganto, basically yung phone is connected via socket sa webserver. Yung phone ang may sim for sms, sa server ka naman mag add ng number nasesendan mo at message then it will send dun sa numbers na nilagay mo, may polling din if marami ka device (phone with sim) na connected sa server
