Meron kasabihan na ang religion & spirituality ay pwede magkasama, but kahit walang religion basta meron spirituality , okay din po siya. Ang crush ko which is atheist buddhist po. Wala siyang religion pero nagpapractice po siya ng mindfulness and meditation po. Example lang naman na galing sa crush ko.
