Kaya nga something's cooking. What if babaliktad. Tagilid na ang DOJ sa pagpapaliwanag claiming that process is been followed. Di naman sila judiciary. Grabe depensa nila in regards to Rule 59 of the ICC...DOJ is not even a judiciary. . .which is di nila dinala si digong dapat dun. Hindi sa ICC.
