The ICC issued an arrest warrant for Duterte on March 7, 2025, related to charges of crimes against humanity, specifically murder, tied to his "war on drugs" campaign. This warrant was transmitted to Interpol, which then relayed it to its Manila office, known as the National Central Bureau (NCB), staffed by PNP personnel.
Upon Duterte’s arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) from Hong Kong on March 11, 2025, at 9:20 a.m. via Cathay Pacific flight CX 907, the PNP took him into custody. The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) confirmed that Interpol Manila had received the official ICC arrest warrant that morning, and the Prosecutor General, Anthony Fadullon, presented the ICC notification to Duterte upon his arrival. This indicates that the PNP, as the operational arm of Interpol in the Philippines, was responsible for presenting and executing the warrant.

There's no questioning if ICC still got the authority over us since we are not a member state but pakitranslate nlang the rule 59 ng ICC para maintindihan mo kung nahihirapan ka sa english or tagalog.

Kaya nga Balik ka sa rule 59 kung saan yung mga mokong na judge gumawa nito.
Wala maman akong sinabing hindi kasama ang interpol... Sino pala magpapatupad ng wareant nila eh wala naman silang sariling pulis
