Good day po, i have a old simcard TNT, dalawang beses ko na po ako nag pa change sim ng bago, the same number po due to network issues. Ngayon po after several years na experience ko na naman po, nawala signal ko, parati po ako nag loload nito. Minsan pag ni rerestart ko phone ko lumalabas ang network nya pro after ilang minutes nawawala rin at di na talaga bumabalik. Most of the time nag rerestart ako wala talaga. Gusto ko sana mag change sim uli for the 3rd time kaso, matagal daw.

Hello! It seems like you're encountering persistent signal issues with your TNT SIM card despite having it replaced twice already. It's frustrating to experience such difficulties, especially when you rely on your phone for communication. Here are some insights and suggestions to consider:

1. Check Network Coverage: Before considering another SIM replacement, make sure to verify if there are no ongoing network problems in your area. You can contact TNT's customer service to inquire about any reported outages or signal issues that might be affecting your service.

2. Phone Settings: Sometimes, network connectivity problems can be resolved by adjusting your phone's network settings. Ensure that your phone is set to automatically connect to the network rather than being on airplane mode or having network selection set to manual.

3. SIM Card Slot: If you have a dual SIM phone, try switching the SIM card to the other slot and see if the signal improves. This can help determine if the issue lies with the SIM card or the phone's SIM slot.

4. SIM Card Cleaning: Dust or debris on the SIM card's chip can also cause connectivity issues. Carefully remove the SIM card, clean it with a soft cloth, and reinsert it to see if that resolves the problem.

5. Contact Customer Support: If none of the above steps work, it's best to reach out to TNT's customer support for further assistance. They might be able to troubleshoot the issue remotely or guide you on the next steps to take.

6. Consider E-SIM Compatibility: While you mentioned that your phone doesn't support eSIM, it might be worth exploring this option in the future if your device is compatible. E-SIM technology eliminates physical SIM cards and can offer more flexibility in managing your mobile connections.

7. Patience with SIM Replacement: If you ultimately decide to go for a third SIM replacement, be prepared for the potential delay due to the volume of pending requests. In the meantime, explore other troubleshooting options to see if the signal concern can be addressed without the need for a new SIM card.

It's essential to address this issue promptly to ensure you have reliable communication services. Feel free to provide more details or ask additional questions for further assistance.

If pa ulit-ulit lang ang problem means hindi sa sim ang issue, either sa location na mahina ang signal or yong phone ang meron issue like mahina humatak ng signal.
