i guess wala ring mangyayare dyan if ever maging batas yan. the best thing to do as an aplicant eh humanap talaga ng job na suited para sa kanya in terms of gender. bibigyan kita ng napaka halagang scenario kung baket hindi or ayaw talaga ng mga employer ng babae sa construction.. if ever mag hire sila ng babae sa construction site at puro lalake ang kasama nya sa workplace, what do you think ang malaking chance na mangyare? at kung may mangyare mang hindi maganda sa babae doon sa workplace, then what? damay damay pati ang company. as an employer, would you risk hiring a woman in a construction site? i dont think so.

So I think hindi magkakaroon ng transitioning or whatever if in the first place ay hindi sana ganoon ang trato nila sa lalake at babae poh like binabasehan pa nila na basta babae, hindi nakakayanan magkulikot ng kuryente or ano. Yung biological na men and women ay totoo na hindi constructed dahil biological na siya. But according to studies poh, binary in gender is social constructed. Hindi siya binary. Marami tayo different roles in gender.

Respect sa different opinions poh dahil hindi porke na aayon sa gusto, sasabihan na agad na meron something wrong with a brain.

Nasasabi na meron disorder kapag hindi part ng norms. Like if ang tao ay lahat kumakain ng vegetables as normal then ang isa ay kumakain ng hotdog, ang may disorder doon is kumakain ng hotdog.
