1. Visit You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and click "Download for Windows".
2. Extract the archive and run "ZeroNet.exe" after that It should open your browser with the ZeroNet dashboard.
3. Click the 3 dots on left top then click "Create new, empty site".
4. It should create a new site and open a new page.
5. In the ZeroNet directory navigate to "data" in the opened new page look at the link and you should see a unique identifier now find that unique identifier in the "data" directory.
6. Remove everything except the "content.json" and there you can make your own pages.
7. Magic.
