May mga bagay na pwede nating labanan ..gaya Ng sakit o mga tukso.

Pero may mga bagay na di natin kayang labanan gaya Ng mga natural disasters.. Hindi natin kayang labanan Ang bagyo, lindol, volcanic eruption, tsunami at iba pa...
Kung di mo kayang labanan . Ano Ang solusyon?? MAGTIIS.. MAGTIIS ...MAGTIIS

Sometimes di mo kailangang lumaban .. Basta MAGTIIS ka lang sapat na ..lilipas din yang malabagyong problema na iyan...Titigil din Ang ulan.. lilipas din Ang madilim na ulap.. Muling liliwanag at sisikat din Ang araw ... so all you have to do is ENDURE

Habang nagtitiis ka ..don't focus on the pain... Gawin mo Ang mga Bagay na makakapag relieve Ng pain .. like exercise that produce endorphins... Helping others with the same situation and many more...
