Anyare sa converge account ng parents ko.. Nag text na may 29k+ amount due..
18months na kami nakasubscribe at nagbabayad on time, so far di nman kami nawalan ng net ..
Chineck ko yung soa sa email at parang nag accumulate yung bills from jan 2021 - june 2022.
Ano pala tong "m line subs fee"

Btw nag request kami nung free speed upgrade (free ba talaga?).. Di kasi samin automatic na nagboost (sabi nila automatic lahat ng subscribers magiging double ang speed) nagrequest pa kami through sa fb messenger page nila..
At after nman nun ay na double nga ang speed tpos mga ilang araw lang ay nag text \ email ang converge na nagmigrate sila sa newer system at papalitan na ang account number (yun na daw ang gamitin for inquiries and billings)..

Hayaan ko lang ba to kasi di naman kami nawawalan ng net .. Sadyang late lang ba sila mag update ng mga bills/payment accounts?
