Mga sir kahapon biglang nag brownout Dito samin tapos mga ilang minuto bumalik agad Yung kuryente, pero Yung internet connection Ng PLDT namin hndi parin bumabalik hangang ngayun pero Yung landline niya okay Naman gumagana Naman,

ano Po Kaya nangyari dun matanong ko Lang mga Sir sa mga naka PLDT dyan

do the basic trouble shooting like restart modem, check the landline if working, try to use lan, check the wires for possible issue, plugs, extension etc. if no internet connection after doing such trouble shooting what i advise is call pldt customer service for assistance.. and make sure that ask for credit or adjustment for the lost of connection if this lasts for a week.
