Anyone here po na may alam paano magrecover ng instagram account?Disabled po kasi e

both fb and ig is same meta, and pag na disabled ka po, 0-5% nalang ang chance mo po mabawi yan, wala po nag rereview ng disabled now dahil daw wala sila staffs para mag review

Why was it disabled in the first place?

If you believe that it was erroneously disabled, then send an appeal/report to them. But if you were the cause (meaning you knowingly violated Instagram's rules/guidelines/ToU), then that would be a lot more difficult (even impossible) to recover.

I believe I did not break any terms of their service or their guidelines. It just happenend. I also report the problem but no feedback from instgram
