Okay, so let's start with how I encountered it. On July 09, yesterday, my account got suspended due to unknown reasons, Facebook says I am violating community standards which isn't true at all, according to what I read in some articles, it's based on automated ban whenever the "system" detects something unusual (see screenshot below).

Note: I didn't even use Instagram for almost months now. And trust me, my Instagram is clean.

After that suspension, I'm frustrated, really, because my main account was previously also suspended and it got disabled for good because I panicked. This time I didn't rush it all. I followed the instructions in an article that I read that I need to:
