AnyDesk 9.8.1 Repack v3

Completely reworked the patching mechanism—now there are minimal changes to the main EXE (as far as possible).
Added a new section containing the inline patcher.

Changes made:
- Removed the red banner bar in windowed and full-screen modes
- Removed the connection nag screen
- Removed the session time limit
- Removed the "non-commercial session" watermark
- Unlocked update settings (auto-update can now be disabled)
- Unlocked the PRO screen recording feature
- Unlocked TCP tunneling
- Unlocked functions in the "Actions" menu: Reboot remote computer, Switch sides

UPD AnyDesk 9.8.1 Repack v3
Additional changes:
- Changed the patching method again. The patcher code now utilizes null bytes at the end of sections. The file size remains identical to the original. (Antivirus software was starting to flag it as a threat.)
- Unlocked "Identity" (Alias selection)
- Patched the nag screen differently; testing is required. (Side effect: almost all ads in the main screen tiles have disappeared.)
