🔒 Closed Failed Laptop reboot

Need Help:

kapag nag RESTART po ako, nag sha-shut down lang yung unit, tapos ayaw nang magpatuloy sa pag boot. Black Screen lang sya tapos nka on lang yung Led lights nya sa power button at yung isa katabi nung light ng "Charging"

ok naman kapag SHUT DOWN lang ginamit ko.
