Hello mga ka PH, Plano ko po na mag Franchise isang business sa amin, Yung magiging partner ko sa business ang mag-Fifinance ng expenses, from franchise, pagkuha ng papeles.
1.Pa advice po ako kung ano ang best percentage of share na hindi ako lugi?
2.If incase nagkasundo kami sa shares, monthly ko na po ba ito ibibigay?

Pwede mo i-base sa work na ginagawa ng partner mo, performance/work based. Pwede ding based sa amount na iinvest niya sa business mo. But you need to know na kung equal partnership or 50-50 ang paghati ng profit, parehas kayong may final authority sa mga decisions sa business niyo. You can allocate the profit monthly, quarterly or yearly, there's no right or wrong sa pag allocate and sharing ng percentage ng shares, it depends on your business.

Also, make sure to draft a partnership agreement para maiwasan yung problems and pagusapan din yung sharing sa losses hindi lang sa profit

As of now kasi di ko alam paano ayusin ang pag share ng profit, yung mga nag invest po kasi is nasa abroad, kaya ako po nagiging manager/advertiser/share holder .
