I understand how payload work in general. But there are some tricks like split delay or rotate that i don't how it works and on what situations to use it. If someone can teach me what these tricks do i would appreciate it. Thanks in advance

OK first of all try erasing all the modem by using xof method. Try flashing vodafone ouganda firmware with "erase all" checked. after the erasing is at 100% disconnect your modem. Now use this firmware. it's based on "M022T Signal Issue Beta" firmware. The RFBN is from...
