For those who don't understand, why the "sub-saharan" comment became a meme and why it triggered most of the people from the South.
(Im apolitical, and I think of our politics as GRAY, not black and white. Im not siding with anyone here. This is just an observation so people would understand.)
Aside from the whole 'War on Drugs' fiasco (im not going to talk about this), Duterte won the 2016 elections because of the proposal of Federalism, the thought of going against 'Imperial Manila'.
Federalism, although not implemented, would give autonomy to each region, which means that we dont have to wait for the capital's consent. The Philippines would be decentralized and regions would enjoy their own policies...
