Professors from Fujita Medical School in Chiba University performed a surgical experiment by moving a robot located in the National University of Singapore 5000kms away. The operation involved the removal of a cancer from a man-made stomach. The two locations were connected by private internet. The professors checked the accuracy of the robots movement at high speed.
