The outsourcing company involved is the American company TaskUs, which also recruited employees in India to provide customer support to other clients around the world, but unexpectedly some employees were recruited by häçkers to become insiders.
PS: As a result of this incident, TaskUs immediately laid off 224 employees of its office in Ingalls, India, which provided services to Coinbase, offering generous severance pay and six months of ρáíd leave.
