Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Col. Randy Glenn Silvio said that the 38-year-old driver has been charged for violation of Republic Act 10586, otherwise known as the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013. Silvio said that charges have already been filed before the city prosecutor's office, including complaints of reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicides, multiple physical injuries, and multiple damage to property. The driver was subjected to an ******* breath analyzer (ABA) test and a drug test.
