A missing Pangasinan State University student was found dead on Baywalk in Barangay Poblacion here on Tuesday, September 24. Police identified the victim as Evalend Cervera Salting, a third year BS Business Administration student of the PSU-Lingayen. Salting was last seen near PSU-Lingayen walking towards a popular convenience store on Monday, September 23 and was reported missing since 7 p.m. that day.
