The Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA) board of governors issued a resolution on Aug. 31, suspending the renewal of existing permits for households accommodating Chinese tenants. A third person in Japan has died after receiving a Moderna COVID-19 jab from a vaccine batch that was found to be contaminated with stainless steel.
