PLDT and their wireless unit Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) said they have doubled their efforts to protect customers against "smishing" during the first five months of 2022. In a statement, the company said that most of the cybersecurity attacks via text messages that aim to s†éál the victim's personal data were blocked.
