1: Make sure you get the data from the pendrive
2: Connect the pendrive and go to my computer.
3: Rightclick on the pendrive and select "Unlocker"
4: Then a screen pops-up with running processes.
5: Select all processes.
6: In the lower left corner select "delete".
Restart computer(Don't pull out pendrive)
After restart go to my computer,rightclick the pendrive and select Format.
If all goes well you should be able to format the pendrive,
