Samsung ROMS

• at 5% - *#0228# - quick start - ok
• charge to 100%, turn off, turn on, *#0228# - quick start - ok, charge back to 100%
• optional - *#9900# - Batterystats reset

AOSP ROMS

• reboot your phone to TWRP
• go Settings and select File Manager
• go to Data/System directory
• find "batterystats.bin" file, select it and delete it
• reboot System

Ps: First boot can be longer than normal regular boot, its fine. it will be boot if you follow steps correctly
