ganyan din ako. kahit pagod sa work hindi ako nakakatulog ng maaga.
ginagawa ko. inum ng gatas at vitamins. tas maligo ka sa gabi yong warm water.
para fresh sa pagtulog, yong mga bones mo relax sya. mapapasarap tulog mo.
 
sakin boss nagpapatugtog ako ng sad songs mas maganda kung nakaheadset tapos inom ng gatas or ligo ng warm water para marelax muscles or pakapagod bago matulog
 
Best po para makatulog kaagad...mga step bago matulog 2-3min take nang warm milk di po hot,eat po nang banana,buto nang kalabasa,or magbilang 1to hanggang sa makatulog😊,effective po.
 
Eat food 1 hour or half an hour before sleep in the night. Tapos taking food walk around your house for some time, makinig ka ng slow music and try to fall asleep around 10 pm.
 
Off mo po wifi and phone mo po tapos think of happy thoughts then close your eyes lng po hehe sana makahelp sayo TS
