Baka po madami sila naka schedule, kasi in demand po sila, kailangan po kasi ngayon ng net para sa blended learning. Pero dati naman po nung nagpakabit kami is pagpunta po dito sa bahay, kabit po nila agad then bayad. 7 months ago ata, wala papo issue about covid.
 
1 month ago po, nawala net namin sa converge, tinawag namin, then may naputol po pala na line sa may kanto namin, sabi nila aayusin daw nila agad, pero umabot po ng 2 weeks bago naayus kasi madami daw po sila schedule, pero hindi napo nila pinabayaran yung 2 weeks na wala net, kaya binawas nalang po nila yung bill for 1 month.
 
Nagpainstall ako ng new package kahapon ng umaga ko sinubmit nung hapon pinalitan ung lumang cable box at modem ko after makabit sabi within 24hrs magkakaroon ng connection at signal ung cable. Gabi na wala pa din pero operational na modem status ko kahapon pa pagkainstall. Di ko napuntahan sa office akala ko sarado sila kanina dahil holiday open pala sila mag 5pm ko na nalaman sarado na sila. Ganon ba talaga katagal bago magkaron ng connection? Pero nung unang package ko agad meron ng connection
